What's the minimum version of Prebid required for Opti Engage?

Prebid version 8.14 is required by our adapter to support alternative IDs such as ID5, criteoID, and SharedID through our Opti Engage server-side auctions. 

This enhancement is designed to unlock new opportunities for revenue generation from requests initiated from Safari, Firefox and cookie-less environments: our spend per K/requests has increased by 20 to 40% on sites that have already updated to the new version.
